Thank you for the time you gave us during our visit. What we found in your soil — and what we believe is possible — is why we're leaving this with you. We are not asking you to change your entire operation. We are asking for the chance to prove something on a small piece of your land, at no cost to you, with your eyes on the results the entire way.
Everything in this document is specific to your farm, your soil, and your situation. None of this is generic. We put this together because we believe what we do will genuinely help your operation — and we think the best way to earn that belief is to show you, not tell you.
What We Found — Key Findings from Your Soil Analysis
Fungal:Bacterial Ratio
——
Target for your crops: ——
Current status: below target
Protozoa (nitrogen cyclers)
——
Target: 10,000–50,000 per gram
Nitrogen cycling: limited
Organic Matter %
——
Target: 3–5%
Biology retention: compromised
What this means for your operation: The specific findings and their implications for your crops, inputs, and long-term soil health are detailed in your Farm Soil Analysis (Document 2). The short version: your soil has the capacity to work significantly harder for you. The biology that would cycle your nutrients, deliver phosphorus to your roots, and protect your plants from disease pressure is largely absent — but it can be restored, and the timeline for meaningful improvement is months, not years.

What Replenished Roots Provides
-
✓
BioComplete Compost — surface applied
Biologically verified compost with documented bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and nematode populations. Not commercial bagged compost. Applied to trial parcel at the start of the program.
-
✓
Compost Extract — soil drench, every 2–4 weeks
Living biology suspended in water, applied directly to the root zone. This is the inoculant that begins restoring the soil food web.
-
✓
Compost Tea — foliar application, every 2 weeks
Brewed biologically active tea applied to leaf surfaces to prevent pathogen establishment and feed the plant microbiome. Applied before 10 AM or after 3 PM.
-
✓
Cover crop establishment — Florida-specific species
Sunn hemp + sorghum-sudangrass + cowpeas for Florida summer. Nitrogen fixation, nematode suppression, deep root biomass. Jake designs and establishes the mix for your parcel.
-
✓
Microscope analysis at Day 1, Day 60, and Day 120
Jake runs full biological analysis at each interval. You receive a written report showing exactly what changed and what it means for your crops.
-
✓
Photo documentation at Day 1, 30, 60, 90, and 120
Side-by-side photos of trial parcel vs. control parcel at every interval. You can see the progression with your own eyes before the data is even discussed.
-
✓
Jake's ongoing consultation
Jake is available throughout the trial for questions, adjustments, and interpretation of what you're seeing. This is not a product drop-off — it's an active working relationship.
The Measurement Plan — What We Track and When
Day 1
Baseline
Full biological analysis — F:B ratio, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, nematodes. This is the start line.
Canopy, leaf color, root sample, any pest or disease pressure. Document everything.
Field overview, soil profile, close-up leaf, microscope slide. Both parcels.
Day 30
Visual inspection only — no full analysis. Note any visible changes in soil surface texture or color.
First comparison photo between trial and control. Note any visible differences in canopy, color, pest presence.
Side-by-side of trial vs. control parcels. Same angle, same time of day.
Day 60
Full biological analysis — compare F:B ratio, protozoa count, fungal hyphae to Day 1 baseline. Written report provided.
Plant growth, root development comparison, pest and disease incidence vs. control parcel. Measurable differences expected.
Side-by-side, root pull comparison, any visible biology activity (earthworms, beneficial insects).
Day 90
Visual inspection + infiltration rate test. Note earthworm presence. Full analysis at Day 120.
Clear response expected: growth, density, color differences between parcels visible without instruments. Drought tolerance comparison if applicable.
Side-by-side, infiltration demonstration, plant comparison. Share-ready documentation.
Day 120
Full biological analysis. Complete written report documenting all changes from baseline. This is the evidence document.
Four months of side-by-side visual data. Yield, quality, and input comparison between trial and control.
Full before/after compilation. This is the conversation about what expanding the program looks like.
If the Trial Works — The Path Forward
Now
The Trial
One parcel. No cost to you. 120 days. Biology vs. your current practice, side by side.
120 Days
The Results
You've seen it with your own eyes and have the data to back it up. We review together.
Year 1–2
Expanding the Program
Biological program rolls out to more of your operation, paced to your comfort level and input reduction data.
Long-term
Full Partnership
Soil products, ongoing consulting, and a farm that works better every season without increasing inputs.
The Ask
We are not asking you to change your farm. We are asking for one small parcel — one you're willing to try something different on — and 120 days to show you what's possible. The control parcel runs your current program the entire time, unchanged. At the end, you have four months of side-by-side data and photographs that either prove what we believe or tell us both something important.
There is no contract. There is no fee. There is no obligation beyond being willing to look at what the results show and have an honest conversation about what it means for your operation. We earn the right to talk about a bigger relationship only if the work earns it.
We believe it will. And we think you'll see why.
